360X Staffing is hiring for Pipefitters in Sturgeon Bay, WI.

Pay: $23-25/hr + $120 daily per diem for days worked

Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Pipefitters to join our team at a commercial shipyard in Northeast Wisconsin. Pipefitters are responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing, and testing piping systems used in commercial marine vessels. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, fit, assemble, and install pipe systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
\n
• Read and interpret spool drawings, isometric drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
\n
• Measure, cut, bevel, and prepare pipe using hand and power tools.
\n
• Fit and align pipe, valves, flanges, and related components to required tolerances.
\n
• Perform flange make-up using proper bolt tightening techniques to achieve leak-free connections.
\n
• Verify fit-up and dimensional accuracy before welding or final installation.
\n
• Use pipefitting tools and layout equipment, including pipe wraparounds, measuring devices, grinders, and hand tools.
\n
• Work safely in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
\n
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
\n
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Previous commercial, industrial, marine, or shipyard pipefitting experience preferred.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret spool prints and fabrication drawings.
\n
• Strong knowledge of pipefitting methods, tools, and safe work practices.
\n
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
\n
• Ability to work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and various weather conditions as required.
\n
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
