- Dates/Schedule: Weekdays - 10 or 12 hour shifts ONLY \n
- Shift Hours: 10 hours 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. 12 hours 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM \n
- Case Mix: Cases for the OR are medically directed, OB CRNAs are supervised \n
- Cases include general, ortho, urology, ENT/ophthalmology, bariatric, vascular, neuro, thoracic, GYN, dermatology, plastic, cardiac and OB. No trauma \n
- 1 Anesthesiologist and 2 CRNAs in-house 24 hours a day \n
- Cardiac cases are medically directed and some of the CRNAs do hearts \n
- OB team of In-house CRNAs \n
- # of Surgical Cases per year: 15,000 OR cases annually. In addition, approximately 2000 deliveries and 300 cardiac cases including TAVR, mitral valve clip and watchman procedures, on and off pump, CABG, cardiac ablation and TEE \n
- # of OR's: 19 OR's plus Endo, Cardiac and OB \n
- Supervision and Ratio: Care Team Model. 10 Anesthesiologist, 36 CRNA. 21 points of service/day.
