  • Specialty: CRNA

  • Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept. Level 3 trauma center
    • \n
  • Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC - FT for 3 months with the option to extend. Monday-Friday and open to 8's or 10's. Call back response time is 30 mins. Call Ratio is typically 1:10. Call Back is 30%.

  • Staffing Mix/Supervision: CRNA's work independently
    • \n
  • Case Mix: MUST be able to perform regional blocks. General, ortho, vascular, neuro, OB, Peds (TBD ages). No hearts, no neonates, and no trauma.
    • \n
  • Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
    • \n
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
    • \n
  • Active NM License: Must have active NM license or currently in the process of reactivating one
    • \n
