\n Job Responsibilities\n
\n
    \n
  • Produce high-quality flexographic printing plates using liquid and sheet photopolymer processes.
    • \n
  • Load and unload materials.
    • \n
  • Assist with cleanup and light inventory tasks.
    • \n
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • \n
  • Work independently while communicating effectively with the production team.
    • \n

\n Qualifications\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous flexographic platemaking or printing experience is preferred, but not required.
    • \n
  • Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
    • \n
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
    • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality.
    • \n
  • Basic computer skills.
    • \n

\n Schedule\n

  • 2nd Shift
    • \n
  • Monday- Friday 2pm- 10:30pm
    • \n
\n
\n Pay:\n
\n
    \n
  • Starting at $24 (pay negotiable)
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Physical Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • \n
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • \n
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
