What We Offer:

• Two-year income guarantee with a pathway to becoming a shareholder
• 1.0 FTE guarantee ($331,620) with value-based compensation for 12-hour shifts (1.0 FTE equates to 6.5 twenty-four-hour call shifts monthly)
• Additional productivity pay on top of base salary
• Part-time base salary is prorated based on clinical FTE

• Relocation assistance available up to $20,000
