Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Assist patients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions.
- Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs on a daily basis.
- A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team.
