Quick Facts: Location: Kingsport, TN Start Date: 08/01/2026 End Date: 07/29/2028 Shift: 24-hour day shift (Monday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM) with weekend call coverage Hours/week: Approximately 40+ hours, including on-call responsibilities Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: TN License or IMLC, Board Certified GI, ACLS, BLS, TN DEA Experience: Extensive experience in general GI and ERCP procedures required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $4290.00 (per 24-hour shift) Pay Package: $5,500 per 24-hour shift, $550/hr for callback Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide specialized GI care, including all general GI and ERCP procedures Support OR and in-house endoscopy nurses in a busy endoscopy suite Perform approximately 7-8 procedures daily, including EUS and ERCP Support patient consultations and assist with rounding as needed Cover call duties, including night beeper and weekend call, mostly via remote consults Utilize Olympus equipment and EPIC electronic health records Flexibility around scheduling and procedures to meet patient needs What You Need: Required: TN License or IMLC recognition Board Certification in Gastroenterology Experience with ERCP procedures ACLS and BLS certifications TN DEA license Preferred: CSR Certification Experience with EPIC EMR system About the Assignment: This assignment involves working at a well-established facility in Kingsport, Tennessee, supporting the endoscopy department with adult patient care, procedures, and call coverage.
