Sr Technical Lead Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Lead Project Manager Technical Lead Project Manager (Data & Business Analysis) Overview / Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Lead Project Manager. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, data domain knowledge, and business analysis skills to ensure the successful implementation of data technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Define technical vision, make architectural decisions, and select appropriate technologies Lead and mentor development teams to foster technical excellence Ensure code quality, assist in setting up CI/CD, manage technical risks, and troubleshoot issues while contributing to development Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs Implement coding standards, best practices, and improve development workflows Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify improvement and automation opportunities Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with development teams Perform impact assessments and feasibility studies considering cost, resources, and technical constraints Provide expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through innovative solutions Collect client feedback to improve processes, products, and services Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment Required Qualifications Extensive experience in software development and architecture Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proven problem-solving ability to address complex technical challenges Demonstrated project management experience managing timelines and deliverables Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical specifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience Familiarity with data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
