Pediatric Dentist Opportunity – Southern Pennsylvania

A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in southern Pennsylvania is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its growing outpatient dental team. This opportunity offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, strong team support, and eligibility for visa sponsorship.

      Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

      Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

      Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    Provide comprehensive, basic, and preventive dental care to patients from infancy through adolescence

  • \n

    Collaborate with a well-rounded dental team, including another Pediatric Dentist, Dental Hygienists, Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs), and a fully staffed front office

    Open to new residency graduates

    Base salary of $225,000

    Guaranteed $10,000 RVU incentive in Year 1, with additional earnings based on production thereafter
