\n R.S.M.C. Services, on behalf of our client, We are seeking two full-time Dentists to join our FQHC clinic in Fortuna, California. The clinic serves a predominantly Medicaid patient population, with approximately 80 to 90% of patients covered by Medicaid. The ideal candidates will have a passion for serving both adult and pediatric patients in a community health setting.
Location: Crescent City, CA , Eureka, CA, Fortuna, CA
Position: Dentist (FTE) and Mobile Dentist (FTE)
\nPatient Demographics: 80-90% Medicaid, 50/50 adults and kids
Responsibilities:
- \n
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including but not limited to exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals. \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and referrals as needed. \n
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care. \n
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings. \n
Compensation and Benefits:

- Compensation: Guaranteed Based on years of experience \n
- Sign-on bonus: $15k sign-on bonus and $25k relocation assistance. \n
- Generous PTO: 15 days, plus 5 education days/year and 9 paid holidays \n
- Housing stipend: $1500/month (Crescent City only) \n
- Loan Repayment: Up to $400k over 5 years. \n
- In-house residency program ( 80% retention rate) \n

- Additional allowances: $5k provider allowance \n

Qualifications:
- \n
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. \n
- Current and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in California. \n
- DEA registration. \n
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to underserved populations. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. \n
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and quality improvement activities. \n
