Responsibilities:

\n - Direct cytogenetics laboratory testing and reporting
\n - Oversee quality control and compliance programs
\n - Manage technical staff and workflow operations
\n - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of genetic testing results

Qualifications:
\n
\n - Bachelor’s or higher degree in genetics, biology, or related field
\n - Prior cytogenetics laboratory leadership experience required
