We are seeking a Laboratory Director to oversee all aspects of hospital laboratory operations.

Schedule:
\n Full-time leadership position

Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Oversee all laboratory departments and operations
\n - Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics
\n - Ensure regulatory compliance (CAP, CLIA, etc.)
\n - Implement quality improvement initiatives
\n
\n
Qualifications:
\n
\n - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
\n - Prior laboratory leadership experience required
\n - Strong regulatory and operational management background
\n
\n
Compensation:
\n Up to $124,173 annually
\n
