• Hold a Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field

• Preferably certified as a Pathologist's Assistant (PA) (ASCP)

• Previous experience in a pathology lab or healthcare environment

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

• Capacity to work independently and manage priorities effectively
