Position Overview:

\n - Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
\n - Develop and implement patient care plans
\n - Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
\n - Provide patient education and preventive care
\n - Work independently or collaboratively within a care team
\n - EMR: EPIC

Job Requirements:
\n
\n - Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
\n - Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) in the appropriate specialty
\n - Active, unrestricted state NP license (or ability to obtain)
\n - DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances)
\n - Excellent clinical judgment and ability to provide patient-centered care across diverse populations
