Fairview is seeking a full time BC/BE Internal Medicine (preferred) or experienced Family Medicine Physician to join the Hospital Medicine team at M Health Fairview St. John's Hospital in Maplewood, Minnesota.

  • Work with a collegial group of over 30 hospitalists and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
  • \n
  • Average 13-15 patient census
  • \n
  • FTE: 1.0
  • \n
  • Flexible Work Schedule
  • \n
      \n
    • 7 on/off or modified block schedule
    • \n
    \n
  • Fully supported nocturnist program with overnight coverage
  • \n
  • Resident physician led rapid response team and code response
  • \n
  • Shift Hours:

      \n
    • AM Rounder: 7 am - 6 pm
    • \n
    • AM Swing Shift: 7 am - 6 pm
    • \n
    • PM Swing Shift: 11 am 10 pm
    • \n
    • PM Swing Shift: 2 pm - midnight
    • \n

Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency training program
  • \n
  • BC/BE with the ABMS
  • \n
  • Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
  • \n
  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
  • \n
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
  • \n
