We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing Neurosurgery team in Beaumont, TX. This position offers a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and hospital consult responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have prior surgical, neurosurgical, or inpatient experience.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct outpatient clinic visits, including new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments \n
- Perform post-operative patient management and follow-up care \n
- Round on hospitalized neurosurgical patients \n
- Evaluate and manage inpatient consults \n
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies, labs, and imaging \n
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to coordinate patient care \n
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR \n

- Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant \n
- NCCPA certification \n
- Previous neurosurgery, surgery, orthopedic, spine, or inpatient experience preferred \n
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills \n
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team \n

- Primarily MondayFriday schedule \n
- Typical clinic hours approximately 8:00 AM 5:00 PM \n
