Job Description
Deaconess IL Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (new graduate or experienced) to join our welcoming, community-based clinic in Marion, IL at Professional Park. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a small, close-knit rural clinic while being fully supported by the resources, specialists, and stability of a large health system.
\nThis position is ideal for a new graduate OR an experienced physician looking for strong support and true work-life balance with a 4-day work week.

- Epic EMR with AI assistance across Deaconess clinics and hospitals \n

- Compensation: \n
- Guaranteed 18-month base salary of $325,000 \n
- Competitive, productivity-based compensation model (many providers exceed into the 90th percentile) \n
- $2,000 Residency Stipend \n
- Up to $90,000 loan repayment \n
- Generous sign-on bonus of $50,000 for 5-year or $36,000 for 3-year contract. \n
- $15,000 relocation allowance \n
- Quality bonus up to 2.5% \n
