Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Palliative Medicine Physician to join our compassionate and highly experienced palliative care team. Currently the team includes four physicians, twelve APRNs, five LCSWs, five RNs, four MAs and several compassionate administrators over 5 hospitals and sites of care. We are team-oriented, quality-focused, and expanding to find a flexible, dynamic full-time physician who will provide patient care and consultative services in the inpatient setting. Primary locations for this position will be our Community Hospitals Westfield (opening 2027) and Howard (Kokomo).

Licensure & Certification

\n

BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
