Responsibilities: \n

As a Customer Service Representative, you are often the first impression of our company. Your role is vital in creating a positive customer experience from the very first call.

\n • Provide exceptional customer care on inbound and outbound calls. Handling of over 150 calls per day.
\n • Schedule service appointments with efficiency and accuracy
\n • Listen actively and respond with empathy and professionalism
\n • Manage multi-line phones and computers systems in a fast-paced environment
\n • Support team goals while hitting your daily KPIs while maintaining a customer-first mindset

\n This is an in-office position — not remote — within a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Qualifications: \n

  Previous experience in customer service or call center environments

  Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset

  Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focusd

  Proficiency in typing

  Accuracy and composure while handling multi-line phones

  Ability to report daily to the office (no remote option)
