Responsibilities

We are in search of a Director of Nursing who is passionate about working with the senior demographic and possesses an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare. In this role, you will leverage your nursing and administrative expertise to lead nursing operations while mentoring and guiding the nursing team.

  • Champion business excellence, staff development, clinical quality, and patient/customer satisfaction.
  • Provide servant leadership and oversee the daily operations of patient care.
  • Encourage a culture centered on top-of-license practice and teamwork.
  • Articulate a shared vision for clinical excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare.
  • Promote ongoing enhancement of nursing services and staff to meet the needs and expectations of patients/residents and their families.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a degree from an accredited nursing school, college, or university, along with a current Registered Nurse license from the State Board of Nursing; a BSN is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in long-term care is essential.
  • At least 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.
  • Familiarity with the MDS process, state nurse practice regulations, and state/federal laws is necessary.
  • Availability for on-call duties is required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 per year
