• Provide wound care and conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Educate patients and their families on care processes and health management.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols consistently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license.
