We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our expanding Waukee Family Medicine Clinic located in Waukee, Iowa!
Key Highlights of the Position- Practice Type: Outpatient
- Team Composition: Collaborate with 4 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- Call Schedule: 1 in 6 rotation
- Facilities: On-site laboratory and X-ray services
- Support Staff: Experienced team familiar with patient needs
- Patient Flow: New patients and walk-ins accepted daily
- Visa Sponsorship: H1B candidates are encouraged to apply
- Base Salary: $290,000 with a 2-year income guarantee plus production incentives
- Recruitment Bonus: $150,000
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) Allowance: $6,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
- Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
- Malpractice Insurance: Paid coverage with tail protection
