Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Valid New York State medical license.
• DEA registration is mandatory.

Recruitment Package

We provide a competitive base salary with additional earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

• Salary Range: $250,000 - $260,000 for full-time positions (adjusted for part-time status).
• The stated salary represents the initial compensation range and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shift payments, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is compliant with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Starting Bonus: Up to $75,000 (adjusted for part-time roles).
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 (adjusted for part-time roles).
• Comprehensive Benefits: Including health, vision, and dental insurance (part-time eligibility for those working 30 or more hours per pay period).
• Paid malpractice insurance, including coverage for tail claims after employment.
