Job Opportunity: Family Medicine-Obstetrics Physician

Our organization is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine-Obstetrics physicians to enhance our primary care team at two locations: Amery Hospital & Clinic in Amery, WI, and Westfields Hospital & Clinic in New Richmond, WI. Joining our team means you will play a vital role in the daily care of our patients.

As a Family Medicine physician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty healthcare system in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. This outpatient role requires board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, allowing you to provide care for patients across all age groups and perform various in-clinic procedures. The hours and on-call schedule will differ depending on the location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages.
  • Perform a variety of in-clinic procedures.

  • Participate in on-call duties as required by the location.
Qualifications:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $260,000 to $385,000 for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE). Compensation is influenced by the role's requirements, education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
