- Will have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Masters or Doctorate program \n
- Board certified as a Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Oncology \n
- Will have the qualification to successfully obtain an unrestricted North Dakota practice license and DEA \n
