Aspirus Health is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team in Duluth, Minnesota
\nOPPORTUNITY:
\n- \n
- The physician will join 1 radiation oncologist, 4 hematology/oncology physicians, and 2 skilled APCs. \n
- Position is 0.8 FTE. \n
- Cancer Center consists of outpatient clinic, LINAC, infusion therapy, pharmacists, dosimetrists, and social workers. \n
- Practice consists of adult patients with all types of cancer. \n
- We deliver SRS and SBRT, in addition to IMRT and 3D-CRT treatments. \n
- Average of 10-12 patients a day with an average of 25 treatments per day on the TrueBeam. \n
- Extremely light Call: Rotate equally between two Radiation Oncologists; alternating weekends with weekday call respective of which physician is in clinic and alternating Wednesdays. \n
- Medical Oncology and Infusion Therapy in the same suite. \n
- Excellent RN staff. \n
- EMR: Epic \n
- Well respected and highly reviewed hospice program and a palliative care support team available. \n

- Cancer Center participates in clinical trials through the Whiteside Institute for Clinical Research, a joint effort between Aspirus St. Lukes and the University of Minnesota Medical School, Duluth Campus. \n
