Position Overview
\nAs Chief Dental Officer at GraceMed, you will:
\n- \n
- Oversee the management and supervision of all dental staff \n
- Create, update, and approve treatment protocols \n
- Manage the training of all dentists and answer any questions that come up \n
- Provide comprehensive dental evaluations and treatment \n
- Diagnose and manage dental conditions \n
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care \n
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure quality outcomes \n
- Participate in clinical leadership and mentorship initiatives \n
- Support compliance, infection control, and quality improvement efforts \n
Ideal Candidate
\nRequirements
\n- \n
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school \n
- Active Kansas dental license \n
- Kansas prescribing authority \n
- CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) \n
Preferred Experience
\n- \n
- Minimum of 5 years of dental experience, preference to those with dental leadership experience \n
- FQHC or community/public health experience preferred \n
- Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations \n
