Position Overview

\n

As Chief Dental Officer at GraceMed, you will:

\n
    \n
  • Oversee the management and supervision of all dental staff
  • \n
  • Create, update, and approve treatment protocols
  • \n
  • Manage the training of all dentists and answer any questions that come up
  • \n
  • Provide comprehensive dental evaluations and treatment
  • \n
  • Diagnose and manage dental conditions
  • \n
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • \n
  • Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure quality outcomes
  • \n
  • Participate in clinical leadership and mentorship initiatives
  • \n
  • Support compliance, infection control, and quality improvement efforts
  • \n

Ideal Candidate

\n

Requirements

\n
    \n
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • \n
  • Active Kansas dental license
  • \n
  • Kansas prescribing authority
  • \n
  • CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • \n
\n

Preferred Experience

\n
    \n
  • Minimum of 5 years of dental experience, preference to those with dental leadership experience
  • \n
  • FQHC or community/public health experience preferred
  • \n
  • Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
  • \n
