The Charge RN leads and coordinates patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices in alignment with established standards. Serves as a clinical resource and supports high-quality patient outcomes.\n

Position Details:\n

SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE

10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs

\n

with at least 1 year of experience

\n

NO CONTRACT

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
\n
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact state required
\n
• Certifications: \n
  \n
  • BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
  \n
  • Additional certifications may be required based on unit, including: ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials
  \n

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
\n
• Prolonged standing and walking
\n
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
