Manager of Sterile Processing - Evening Shift - North Carolina \n
Education:
\n
\n - Required: Two-Year Surgical Technology Course or CRCST/CSPDT
\n - Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
\n
\n
Certifications:
\n
\n - CSPDT or IAHCSMM (CRCST) certification required
\n
\n
Experience:
\n
\n - 3+ years in Sterile Processing
\n - 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
\n - Strong communication, technical, and organizational skills
\n - Knowledge of OR instrumentation, aseptic technique, and infection control
\n
\n
Department Details:
\n
\n - 7 Team Leads, ~80 FTEs
\n - Uses SPM Workflow system
\n - Supports: Endo, OR, CVOR, L&D, Inpatient & Outpatient Ambulatory Clinics
\n
