Quick Facts Location: 243 Elm Street, Claremont, NH 03743, United States Start Date: 03/16/2026 Duration: Long-term assignment Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts Hours/Week: 36-40 hours Employment Type: Permanent Licenses/Certifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (preferred) Experience: Prior ER, Med/Surg, or PCU experience required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour (based on experience) Pay Package: Competitive, discussed upon application Additional Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) including free medical and dental options Retirement (403b) with match Paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Onsite wellness programs and educational reimbursements What You’ll Do Provide professional nursing care for diverse patient populations in ER, Med/Surg, PCU, and float settings Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing patient monitoring Administer medications accurately following the six rights of medication safety Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop, revise, and evaluate care plans Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions and emergencies Educate patients and families on treatment plans, diagnoses, and health promotion Assist physicians with procedures and treatments requiring manual and technical skills Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures Adapt to a small, rural facility environment, demonstrating independence and resourcefulness What You Need Required: Valid RN license in New Hampshire BLS certification Prior ER/Med/Surg or PCU experience Strong communication and clinical assessment skills Preferred: ACLS and PALS certifications Experience working independently in rural or small healthcare settings About the Assignment This is a rewarding opportunity at a leading facility in Claremont, NH, providing critical care across multiple units in a close-knit environment.
