Quick Facts: Location: 1215 East Michigan Avenue, Lansing, MI 48912 Start Date: 07/05/2026 End Date: TBD Shift: Day 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / Night 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Locum Licensure/Certs: Active Michigan RN license, NRP certification, Neonatal ICU experience required Experience: Minimum of Neonatal ICU experience; new grads not accepted Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Competitive pay rates including holiday and OT premiums Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time according to applicable laws Travel reimbursements including hotel, mileage, and flights Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Deliver specialized neonatal care in a busy Level III NICU setting Attend delivery rooms and perform neonatal resuscitation Assist with procedures such as PICC line and umbilical line placements Perform neonatal assessments and procedures including chest tube placement and needle aspirations Work under supervision of a supervising physician Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide care for neonatal patients with diverse needs within the intensive care unit What You Need: Valid Michigan RN license (or license in a participating state) Neonatal experience (pediatric intensive care experience preferred) Current NRP certification Strong interpersonal and clinical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Must not work autonomously; supervision required during the assignment About the Assignment: Join a leading hospital in Lansing known for its excellent neonatal services and dedicated healthcare team.
