Job Title: Fire Safety Specialist

Location: Bownsville, Texas

Employment Type: 3 month contract, possible extensions and potential for full-time conversion (must be willing to live in south Texas long term)

Hours: 50 hours

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Looking for a SME/Project Manager for fire safety systems. They will not be responsible for programming but they need to be able to review and give push back to the fire safety venders when needed. They also will be a part of design reviews with the engineering team and external design firms. They will act mostly as a project manager for fire safety systems. Ideally they will come from a background from the customer side of the projects as opposed to the 3rd party vendor.

Requirements:

• Honeywell Notifier software for program review
\n
• Possible use of Silent Knight tools (if cross-trained)
\n
• Documentation and reporting tools (MS Office, PDF editors, etc.
\n

• Strong Honeywell Notifier background is essential
\n
• Comfortable in fast-paced install environments
\n
• Able to work with limited supervision
\n
• Organized and proactive in troubleshooting and documentation
\n
• Design review capabilities or experience of fire systems
