Position Summary
\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Solar Electrical Superintendent to lead utility-scale solar construction projects nationwide. This role will oversee field operations, supervise electrical crews, ensure safety compliance, and drive projects to successful completion.
\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar construction, electrical systems, crew leadership, and project execution. A Master Electrician License is strongly preferred.

Manage and supervise all electrical field activities on utility-scale solar projects.
\n - \n
Lead electrical crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and productive operations.
\n - \n
Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
\n - \n
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
\n - \n
Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
\n - \n
Oversee installation of solar arrays, inverters, combiner boxes, switchgear, and medium-voltage systems.
\n - \n
Conduct quality control inspections and ensure workmanship meets project requirements.
\n - \n
Coordinate with project management, engineering teams, inspectors, and utility representatives.
\n - \n
Support project commissioning, testing, startup, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on utility-scale solar projects.
\n - \n
Solar construction experience is required.
\n - \n
Master Electrician License strongly preferred.
\n - \n
Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical construction practices.
\n - \n
Experience managing large crews and multiple subcontractors.
\n - \n
Experience with medium-voltage systems and solar commissioning preferred.
\n - \n
Ability to travel extensively and work on projects throughout the United States.
\n - \n
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
