Job Description
We are hiring Electricians for a long-term manufacturing project in Minden, LA.
\nThis is a skills-based opportunity — you will be evaluated on a hands-on electrical test, including:
\n- \n
- Conduit bending (offsets, 3-point & 4-point saddles, 90 with a kick) \n
- Wiring 3-way and 4-way switches \n
- Basic NEC / electrical knowledge \n
Who We Are Looking For
\nThis role is a strong fit for electricians who have RECENTLY been trained or are actively working in the trade.
\nPreferred candidates:
\n- \n
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an apprenticeship \n
- NCCER (or equivalent) within the last 2 years \n
- Apprentice license or early-career electricians \n
- Hands-on experience with EMT bending (offsets, saddles, 90s) \n
If you’ve been bending pipe recently, this is a great opportunity.
\nImportant
\nThis position requires active hands-on electrical work, not just supervision or maintenance.

- If you have not bent conduit or wired switches recently, this may not be the right fit \n
- Candidates will be tested on-site \n
Hours
\n- \n
- 50 hours one week \n
- 58 hoursthe next \n
- Alternating schedule \n
- Every other Saturday off \n
