As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication. You will be responsible for delivering care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your duties will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Daily responsibilities will also involve assigning tasks, instructing, and offering clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Current licensure/registration in the relevant state. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. Certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Competently and knowledgeably provide quality nursing care to patients
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
