Responsibilities:

Perform testing in Blood Bank and Hematology departments
\n - \n
Conduct compatibility testing, antibody identification, and transfusion-related procedures
\n - \n
Analyze and report accurate patient test results
\n - \n
Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
\n - \n
Follow quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory safety protocols
\n - \n
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
\n - \n
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care and transfusion services
\n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- \n
ASCP certification preferred or required for many positions
\n - \n
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
\n - \n
Previous Blood Bank and/or Hematology experience preferred
\n - \n
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
\n - \n
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced laboratory environment
\n
