Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic team. This is a remarkable chance to be a key player in establishing a new and rapidly expanding orthopedic practice, allowing you to design and enhance a comprehensive Hand & Upper Extremity program from the outset.
We seek a fellowship-trained surgeon who is enthusiastic about the complete range of hand and upper extremity care, which includes complex fractures, nerve and tendon injuries, microsurgery, arthritis treatment, and elective procedures. With strong institutional backing, dedicated operating room access, and extensive Advanced Practice Provider support, you will have the necessary resources to cultivate a successful and high-demand practice.

- MD or DO degree
- Fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible status required
- Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to comprehensive hand and upper extremity care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Open to both recent graduates and seasoned surgeons
- Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production commencing at 10,650 wRVUs
- Transition to a straight production model starting in year three
- Potential to earn over $1 million annually
- $100,000 recruitment incentive
