Quick Facts: Location: 725 North Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 Start Date: 08/01/2026 Contract Duration: 6 months (with locum-to-perm potential at 6 months) Shift: 8-hour shifts, guaranteed 8 hours daily (overtime after 10 hours) Hours per week: Estimated 40 hours Employment Type: Locum with potential for permanent position Licenses/Certifications: Valid CRNA license and certifications required Experience: Experience with general surgical cases, regional anesthesia, obstetric, neurosurgical, and pediatric procedures preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour, guaranteed 8 hours daily with overtime after 10 hours Holiday pay: 1.5x rate during holiday weeks (hourly rate guaranteed; no minimum hours guaranteed during holidays) Additional Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (flight, hotel, rental car) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: Provide anesthesia care for general surgical, obstetric, neurosurgical, and pediatric cases in a busy main OR and endoscopy suite with 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy rooms Manage anesthesia procedures including spinal, epidural, regional, and IV regional anesthesia Collaborate with OR staff in a team-oriented environment Document patient care using Meditech Expanse EMR system Support trauma cases as part of a Level 3 trauma designation facility Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care What You Need: Valid CRNA license and applicable certifications in Massachusetts Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a surgical setting Strong skills in general, regional, obstetric, and neurosurgical anesthesia procedures Ability to work supervised in a team environment About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Pittsfield, MA, offering a diverse variety of surgical procedures in a collaborative environment.
