Job Description
Summary Interfaces with customers, engineers, outside agencies, supervisors, and managers concerning electric distribution and transmission services available from the Company. Evaluates, analyzes, and implements productivity tools, including hardware, software, and training. Develops and provides technical instruction and production support to improve automation efforts and performance. Reviews designs for completeness, accuracy, and quality. Prepares cost estimates and performs project management functions on complex projects. Assists in system development/enhancements.
