Job Description
Make a Lasting Impact as a Behavioral Technician in Addiction Recovery Schedule: 2pm-8pm three days per week; 2pm-7pm one day per week (three days off per week) Join a mission-driven outpatient program where you’ll support individuals on their path to recovery from substance use. As a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician Outpatient), you'll be an essential part of a compassionate care team, helping clients build stability and strength through structure, education, and support during Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Key Responsibilities Support clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structure Provide supervision and ensure safety during program hours Assist with client transportation to and from services Document services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systems Participate in team meetings and staff trainings Respond appropriately to client needs, including crisis situations Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise HS Diploma, GED/HISET (preferred) Valid, unrestricted driver's license required You’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You: Can obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E driver’s license within 60 days of hire Are comfortable driving clients as a regular part of the job Communicate effectively, stay organized, and bring positive energy to your team Want to contribute to a supportive and strengths-based recovery environment
