We're currently hiring Production Associates for both full-time permanent and temporary seasonal positions.

Seasonal Opportunity

• Starting pay: $16.50/hour

• Shift differential up to $1.25/hour

• Eligible for an end-of-season bonus

Job Summary

Production Associates are customer-focused team members who help ensure every order meets Koozie Group's quality standards. In this role, you'll help manufacture, inspect, package, and prepare customized promotional products for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

What You'll Do

• Read and follow Manufacturing Orders to ensure products meet customer specifications.

• Inspect products for quality, print clarity, color accuracy, and defects.

• Package finished products according to shipping requirements.

• Prepare orders accurately for shipment.

• Complete production logs and other required documentation.

• Maintain an organized work area and inventory.

• Assist with routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and changeovers.

• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and report concerns promptly.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent reading, writing, and math skills).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods.

• Reach, bend, twist, and grasp throughout the shift.

• Frequently lift 4045 pounds, with team lifts for heavier items.

• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends as business needs require.
