We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded Primary Care physician to join our team in 2027.

Practice Details:

\n
• Deliver proactive, relationship-based care supported by Medicare Advantage panel management and a team-based approach that improves patient outcomes, enhances care coordination, and lowers the total cost of care
\n
• Take over a retiring physicians practice, with an overlap period to allow for mentorship, collaboration, and a smooth handoff of patientsensuring continuity of care and patient retention
\n
• Collaborate with Physician partners, Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, an office manager, and additional staff\n
  \n
  • Support staff function at the top of their training, assisting with in-basket management, refills, prior authorizations, and care coordination
  \n
\n
• Care Management and Hospital at Home resources available, extending care outside of the clinic
\n
• Choose outpatient only or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists
\n
• Monday - Friday: No nights, weekends, or holidays
\n
• Schedule: 4.5 days patient care and .5 days set aside for administrative work
\n
• Call: Phone only and low volume
\n
• Volume: Gradual onboarding ramp-up to build confidence with the EMR, patient care, flow, and coding\n

  • Target at least 18 patients/day as comfort and efficiency increase for financial success
  \n
\n
• Opportunity to incorporate sub-specialty care and mentor medical students and residents if desired
\n
• Flexibility to focus on clinical areas of interest (e.g., ADHD, mental health, womens health, LGBTQ+ care, and more)
\n
• NextGen EMR
\n
• AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation available
\n

  • No cap on earning potential, physicians are earning $350K-$750K on average

• Profit sharing based on total years in practice \n

Requirements:

• MD or DO
\n
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)

• Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri
