Responsibilities/Job Description:
\nFairview is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatric physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Burnsville. This clinic is a multispecialty clinic serving the South Metro, adjacent to M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital.
\n\nPractice Details:

- 9 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite. \n
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day. \n
- 34 patient contact hours per week. \n
- Call Frequency: 1:22 \n
- Openings: 1.0 FTE or less - Flexible schedule. \n
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. \n
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). \n

- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program. \n
- BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA. \n
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. \n
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. \n
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable. \n
$292,650 - $325,167 Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)
