• 3rd Shift
\n
• 11pm - 7am, Sunday - Thursday
\n
• 3rd shift offers a $3.00/hr shift differential on top of regular hourly pay
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to produce precision
  \n components.
\n
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  \n specifications, and work instructions.
\n
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and
  \n other precision tools.
\n
• Maintain machine performance and ensure parts meet quality and tolerance
  \n requirements.
\n
• Support continuous improvement eAorts to optimize processes, reduce waste, and
  \n enhance eAiciency.
\n
• Follow all safety and quality procedures in a clean, organized work environment.
\n

Required Qualifications:

\n
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding).
\n
• Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds/speeds, and setup processes.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
\n
• Experience with quality inspection tools and verifying tight tolerances.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n

Preferred (Not Required):

\n
• Exposure to 4-axis or 5-axis machining environments.
\n
• Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming.
\n
• Experience with Penta, Haas, Combi or similar platforms.
\n
• Background in precision manufacturing industries (aerospace, medical device,
  \n defense, etc.).
\n
