Family Medicine - Physician - Liverpool, NY

Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our well-established outpatient primary care practice located in Liverpool, NY.

You will be joining a collaborative team of over 15 Primary Care Providers dedicated to delivering care to a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. Our practice emphasizes a patient-centered approach, supported by strong organizational resources and comprehensive ancillary services. Physicians are encouraged to explore their clinical interests and innovate within their practice scope.

Practice Overview:

Situated at 5100 W. Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY 13088, our outpatient primary care facility provides:

• Comprehensive care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Management of acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions
• Preventive services, including immunizations and cancer screenings
• Women's health services, such as annual pelvic exams and Pap smears
• A collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment

KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shared rotational call among Physicians with an innovative first-call support system
• A Physician-governed organization with a Physician-led Joint Oversight Committee

REQUIREMENTS:

• New York State medical licensure and DEA certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Open to both seasoned physicians and recent graduates

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:

Our organization offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

• Base Salary Range: $225,000 - $242,000 (plus eligibility for productivity and quality bonus incentives)
• The stated salary represents the starting range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation relevant to the position. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned above.
• Starting Bonus: $50,000, paid as a one-time amount in the first payroll month following the start of employment
• Retention Bonus:
  • $25,000, paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary
  • $25,000, paid in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversary
• Resident Stipend: $2,500 per month

• CME time and an annual expense allowance of $4,500
