Family Medicine - Physician - Syracuse, NY

Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with obstetrics experience to become part of our established outpatient practice located at 321 Gifford St., Syracuse, NY 13204.

You will be welcomed into a well-resourced and collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, as well as women’s health services. This clinic features both Family Medicine and Pediatrics on-site, creating a significant demand for OB expertise, making it an excellent opportunity for a primary care physician interested in obstetric care. Our practice prioritizes patient-centered care, supported by strong system resources and extensive ancillary assistance.

• Holistic care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Management of acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions
• Preventive services, including immunizations and cancer screenings
• Women’s health services, such as annual pelvic exams, pap smears, and obstetric care
• A collaborative, team-oriented clinical atmosphere

Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends or holidays).

• One shift from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM approximately every eight weeks, depending on provider coverage
• Shared call rotation
• A physician-governed organization with a physician-led Joint Operating Committee

• New York State medical licensure and DEA certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Experience in obstetrics is highly preferred

Our organization provides a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

• Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $242,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in compliance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Starting bonus of $50,000
• Retention bonuses: $25,000 in Year 1 and $25,000 in Year 2
• Resident compensation available at $2,500 per month
