Position Details- Schedule: 14 days on, followed by 14 days off, with shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Patient Load: Manage 15 to 20 patients per shift, focusing on adult behavioral health
- Facility: 48-bed inpatient psychiatry unit
- Address a range of conditions including anxiety, mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and eating disorders
- Experience with involuntary commitments and restraint protocols is essential
- Familiarity with Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), group therapy, and family therapy is required
- Maintain a 2:1 ratio of follow-ups to new patient evaluations
- Fellowship training is preferred for this ongoing role
