Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour in-house coverage, with day shifts available from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Manage an average daily census of 17 to 20 patients.
• Work within a Level III NICU hospital environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Level III NICU procedural skills.
• Utilize block scheduling with options for consecutive stretches of 4 to 7 days.
