Full-time Physician Assistant to join a high-tech, AI-enabled, office-based urology practice
Job Description
Modern Urologist / Advanced Physicians is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a high-tech, AI-enabled, office-based urology practice serving New York City, Forest Hills, and Brooklyn.
\nThis is a rare opportunity for a motivated PA to build a career in modern urology with hands-on training, advanced diagnostics, in-office procedures, strong physician support, and a sophisticated New York patient population.
\nOur practice is built around the future of urology: precision diagnostics, artificial intelligence, advanced ultrasound, office-based procedures, prostate health, men's health, bladder health, kidney stone care, erectile dysfunction care, overactive bladder care, and minimally invasive treatment pathways.
\nThis position is ideal for a PA who wants to work in a highly specialized, technology-driven environment without the traditional hospital burden. There is no hospital call, no ER call, and no mandatory inpatient rounding. The role is primarily office-based, lifestyle-forward, and supported by an established clinical and administrative infrastructure.
\nThis is not a typical PA position. It is an opportunity to learn high-tech, in-office urology at a level that is not available in most practice settings. For the right candidate, this role can function like an "office-based urology fellowship" with full professional compensation, structured mentorship, and long-term growth potential.
\nWe are open to experienced urology PAs as well as motivated candidates from other clinical backgrounds who are eager to learn. Prior urology experience is preferred, but not required for the right individual. We value intelligence, professionalism, communication skills, clinical judgment, work ethic, and a genuine interest in modern procedural urology.
\nClinical focus areas include:
\n- \n
- \n
BPH and prostate enlargement
\n - \n
Lower urinary tract symptoms
\n - \n
Prostate cancer screening and diagnostics
\n - \n
Erectile dysfunction and men's health
\n - \n
Overactive bladder
\n - \n
Kidney stones
\n - \n
Hematuria evaluation
\n - \n
Bladder health
\n - \n
Urinary tract infections
\n - \n
Testosterone and men's health evaluations
\n - \n
Ultrasound-based diagnostics
\n - \n
In-office procedures
\n - \n
Minimally invasive treatment pathways
\n - \n
Preventive and performance-focused urology
\n
The PA will work closely with physicians and other clinical team members in the evaluation, management, documentation, follow-up, and longitudinal care of urology patients. Depending on experience, training, licensure, and comfort level, responsibilities may include independent patient visits, procedure preparation, diagnostic review, medication management, patient education, post-procedure care, care coordination, and participation in clinical protocols.
\nOur practice infrastructure includes board-certified urologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, ultrasound technicians, medical assistants, administrative support, advanced in-office diagnostics, office-based procedure rooms, in-office operating capabilities, established protocols, and high patient demand across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.
\nWe continuously invest in new technology, artificial intelligence, advanced diagnostics, improved clinical workflows, and modern office-based treatment options. This gives PAs the opportunity to practice at the cutting edge of urology while helping deliver a more efficient, patient-centered, technology-driven model of care.
\nCompensation is competitive and designed to attract strong PA talent. The expected salary range is $140,000-$180,000, commensurate with experience, urology background, schedule, responsibilities, productivity, and final employment terms. The role may also include performance-based bonus opportunities, full benefits, malpractice coverage, paid time off, CME support, physician mentorship, and long-term growth potential.
\nThis is a strong fit for a PA who wants specialty training, clinical depth, lifestyle balance, mentorship, procedural exposure, and the ability to grow within a modern private-practice platform.
\nIdeal candidates include:
\n- \n
- \n
Physician Assistants interested in urology
\n - \n
Experienced urology PAs
\n - \n
Newer PAs with strong clinical ability and motivation to learn
\n - \n

\n - \n
NCCPA-certified or eligible
\n - \n
Eligible to practice in New York
\n - \n
Strong clinical judgment

Excellent communication skills
\n - \n
Professionalism and reliability
\n - \n
Interest in urology, men's health, diagnostics, and modern office-based care
