Orthopedic Surgery - Sports Medicine - Physician - Syracuse, NY

Our organization is excited to introduce the launch of a new hospital-based Orthopedic Surgery Program in Syracuse, New York. We are currently in search of a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Sports Medicine Surgery to join our expanding team. This presents a unique opportunity to become a foundational member of a newly formed orthopedic group, allowing you to influence the program from the ground up!

• Hospital-employed role
• Join a new program with opportunities for leadership involvement and growth
• Work from a single hospital campus and affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Access to surgical Physician Assistant support for improved efficiency and patient care

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of a fellowship in Sports Surgery
• Specialization in hip arthroscopy is preferred
• Possession of a New York State medical license or eligibility
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Base salary range: $630,000 - $760,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, additional shift bonuses, and other potential cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Starting bonus of $50,000
